Aluminum Screen Frames
Our frames are manufactured from a premium, bow-resistant alloy of polished aluminum.

They are lightweight, yet incredibly strong, square and flat. Corners are robotically welded to insure a water-tight fit. The gluing surface is ground for better glue adherence of our European mesh.

Wooden Frames

Made from #1 grade select kiln-dried timber, our wooden frames are sanded and sealed with two layers of clear Polyurethane to prevent warping. The corners are mortise and tenon, glued and pinned to hold tight. We use low-elongation European monofilament polyester that has been stretched to the proper tension. A strong, square and flat frame at a great price.

Adjustable Screen Rack
A fully adjustable screen rack designed to hold 25 frames from 14” to 25” in width. The sturdy storage system has 3” rubber casters and has angled frame supports to minimize contact to coated screens. Ships UPS at 40 lbs.

Emulsion Scoop Coater

Two coating edges and tight fitting end caps insure a
perfect coating angle for proper emulsion application.

The coater is self-standing and can be filled without hand-holding.

Aluminum Squeegee Handle

Ergonomically shaped for optimum comfort and performance.
Knurled clamp insures a positive grip on the blade.

Telecoping steel bolts allow for easyt blade exchange.

Textile Spot Cleaning Gun

This cleaning device will remove wet or cured printing ink
mistakes from ant textile material, using water or any solvent.

It ships in a protected box with complete instructions and spare parts.
The gun carries a 90 day limited warranty against mechanical defects.
